Roxane was very communicative and the Airbnb was lovely and in a great location. We weren’t traveling with a child, but the second bedroom would have been perfect! It was amazing to have the air conditioning units during the heat wave.

What a fabulous apartment! The garage is great - and big! Super for putting the car in and leaving. The apartment had everything you might need for a comfortable stay and was really central to Epernay - but away from traffic and noise. We really enjoyed our stay. The recommendations from Geri and Sarah were fab - we visited their friend’s vineyard and we’d also recommend people read the guest book on arrival for other ideas re where to visit. We needed more time so will definitely return to see more. 100% recommend this apartment!

Cathy met us on arrival, showed us where to park the car and accompanied us to the apartment. She spent time going over ever together with local recommendations and also had a chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge for us! Whilst only a short stay we felt right at home. After spending 10 weeks travelling round Europe I can say that Cathy’s apartment has been one of the best! Merci Cathy! 😊

Een prachtige plek om Troyes te verkennen. De woning is keurig en sfeervol. Ondanks de ventilatoren was het wel erg warm binnen, niet vreemd want het was buiten 34 graden. Cristoffe gaf waardevolle tips over Troyes en met name bij de punten waar onze belangstelling lag. Super genoten van het stijlvolle huis en het prachtige oude centrum.

Très bon séjour, le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Épernay, à deux pas de l'avenue de Champagne, avec une place de parking, et du stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Émilien, très sympathique disponible et réactif sur la messagerie et sur place, contact fluide et agréable.

An absolute must-stay when you are going to Epernay, Champagne. Super easy to find, and incredibly close to all the highlights! The perfect stay, with very friendly hosts!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für ein paar ruhige Tage mit Freunden oder der Familie. Es gibt sehr viel Platz im Haus und im Garten um Pool und Poolhaus, also auch ideal für Hunde und Kinder im Urlaub. Ruhige Umgebung um das Haus und der Strand in Geraudot ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist nur mäßig befahren und vor allem am Pool nicht mehr zu bemerken. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles an nützlichen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Anthony war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert und er versucht auf alle Wünsche einzugehen, damit der Aufenthalt so reibungslos wie möglich abläuft. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder buchen, falls es mal wieder passt.

Maison super accuillante, hôte très disponible et flexible, nous a laissé faire le check-out plus tard (merci Audrey!). Situation proche au lac, le village musée et la nature. On y a passé un très bon moment, même sans la piscine 😁

Logement spacieux, confortable, de la place pour tous et un accueil chaleureux. Des personnes humaines, qui aiment accueillir et ça se ressent. La maison est faite pour accueillir des familles qui veulent se réunir, l'impression d'être chez ma grand-mère. Hyper propre, hôte au petit soin. Mes chiens ont été accueillis avec plein d'amour également !

Agréable maison pour un week-end end en famille. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec le babyfoot et les fléchettes. Belle maison et très bien équipée.

Toller Garten und auch an Ausstattung hat nicht gefehlt. Es gab auch vieles was so garnicht aufgelistet gewesen ist z.B. eine Boulebahn, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker, 2 Grills...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sylvie, tout est parfait et conforme à la description, emplacement au calme et proche du lac (idéal pour nos pêcheurs) et proche (5mn à pied ) de la petite aire de jeux du village (pour les petits) Chevaux et poney en face de la petite maison ( qui n est finalement pas si petite) Tout est propre, vaisselle en quantité suffisante, et le top les lits faits à l arrivée Sylvie bravo vous êtes une hôte très prévenante merci aussi pour les horaires d arrivée que vous nous avez accordé

Raymond was een schitterende gastheer, heel behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie zelf was prachtig midden in de natuur met diertjes erbij. Heel mooie en nette kamers, kortom alles was perfect. Wij komen zeker terug!

This apartment perfectly met our needs for a couple nights in Epernay! It’s very comfortable, good location with parking, and as described in the listing. Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

Great location - walkable to all of Ave de Champagne and Centre-Ville. Raynald was immediately responsive and willing to work with us on check-in time. The space was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt like home - we were able to relax immediately.

Tout était parfait. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est super bien équipé ! Il est situé au cœur de Troyes, tout ce trouve juste à côté. Je recommande à 100% Merci pour tout ☺️

Le logement était conforme à l'annonce, fonctionnel et agréable. Agathe a été très réactive dans nos échanges. La position dans une résidence rend le lieu calme et très proche du centre ville.

Lucie est un hôte charmante et très réactive. Son appartement est extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir le centre ville. Spacieux, lumineux et confortable, il peut paraître, pour certains, un peu bruyant sur le matin car il se trouve proche de la voie ferrée. Nous nous sommes parfaitement adaptés à cet environnement. Encore merci pour toutes les recommandations.
