Cascina Ferrarotti, apartment Frairot

Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the district of Langhe, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is famous for its beautiful scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with stunning views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several seating areas.

In Costa, about one kilometer from Celle Ligure Beach, I am offering the upper floor of a new detached villa, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen for private use. The accommodation also includes a terrace overlooking the bay and a table for outdoor dining. Private parking is available, but the access road is difficult, with a maximum width of 1.80 meters (5.9 feet). The area is very quiet and close to hiking trails (Stage 16 of the Liguria Trail).

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritize comfort, provide quality hospitality, and are constantly working to improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).
