Apartment in the basement of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the silk valley. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 downhill slopes. Shared lift pass and ski bus between the lifts. Experience beautiful Gaustablikk in a convenient apartment with panoramic views to iconic Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatnet. Feel at home inside, where you have most of what you need for a great stay. Park your car and enjoy the surrounding nature. Winter: cross-country skiing trails and alpine slopes just outside. Perfectly located for the randone Summer: 100m to Kvitåvatnet with swimming and fishing opportunities. Gravel road around the water (light trail). Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

New (12/03/2021) apartment in Gausta Vertorama. Ski-in/ski-out. The apartment is directly connected to alpine resorts - in the middle of the upgraded ski resort on Gausta. Cross country trails with miles of uphill cross country tracks and light track are 2 min away by foot. Short distance to dining, hotel with spa and shop. Free parking and Wifi. Unique view down to Rjukan and up towards Gausta peak. Great sun conditions on the terrace and patio where you can really enjoy yourselves, after a lovely hike on skis or on foot.

Modern, newly furnished apartment with very central location on Gaustablikk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with porch/patio in a nice building with six units. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. Short distance to Gaustablikk high mountain hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa, "The Happy Sportsmann" and ski center (about 200-300 meters). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps two people. The apartment has an integrated porch with a direct view of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 500

Flott leilighet med gode materialvalg. Stue med hyggelig spisebord ,sofaavdeling, skjenk og hyggelig peis. Velutstyrt kjøkken, og alle fasiliteter. 2 delikate soverom med dobbeltsenger, og flislagt bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Tv og Sonos anlegg, og alle muligheter for en herlig tid på fjellet i flotte omgivelser. Fin veranda med nydelig utsikt. Må ta med eget håndklær, sengetøy og ved til peis. Solskjerming i stue,ellers fritt for gardiner pga fantastisk utsikt fra soverommene.

The apartment is newly renovated and has brand new bathroom - living room + 2 bedrooms w/ double beds and new kitchen and own laundry room with washing machine and dryer . Private large terrace with barbecue and furniture. Private parking for several cars outside . All beds are ready made including towels on each bed . Great apartment on the 2nd floor of Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
