Spacious, open, bright and tastefully furnished including queen bed with quality linens. Relax or work from this fully equipped home with eat-in kitchen, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, and Smart TV. There is plenty of room for your vehicle, bicycles, or kayaks. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Roy Road Cottage

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Our cottage is perfect for groups, couples, singles and families. We are open to long term rentals over the winter. Please enquire about pricing.
