House holiday rentals in Roccella Ionica

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Quiet little villa located very close to Tropea. Marcello & Marianna were very helpful hosts and were very easy to deal with. Good value

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Francesco e Guido ci hanno accolto calorosamente e si sono assicurati che il nostro soggiorno proseguisse al meglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 17 notti nel mese di agosto. Il posto è bellissimo, curatissimo e molto tranquillo. Un posto di altri tempi curato con estremo gusto. La casa ha un bellissimo patio dove poter fare belle cene e la piscina è uno spazio fantastico quando si vuole rilassarsi. Il mare è molto vicino e offre un’ampia spiaggia libera (senza servizi), ma volendo nei dintorni si trovani spazi attrezzati. Per raggiungere la casa c’è uno sterrato da percorrere con attenzione, ma assolutamente fattibile.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Margherita sehr genossen! Louise und Lino sind tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer netten ruhigen Umgebung, ist sehr privat und liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Die Möglichkeit das Auto in der eigenen Garage zu parken ist gold wert - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Aperitivo nach Tropea, dem Fischerstädtchen Chianalea di Scilla oder zum Capo Vaticano mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht von der Straße von Messina bis zu den eolischen Inseln. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber einfach in Pargehlia verbracht: Der Strand ist traumhaft und die familienbetriebene Strandbar bietet leckere Mittagsgerichte. Danke Louise und Lino für die tolle Zeit bei Euch - wir kommen gerne wieder !

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. SUPER CONSIGLIATO! La casa è bellissima ed è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Pulizia TOP. Ha anche un parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina. Il posto è in una zona strategica, perchè è in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare ( non serve neanche la macchina per arrivarci) ma anche a due passi dal centro di Roccella. I ragazzi che ci hanno seguiti per soddisfare le nostre esigenze sono stati fantastici e rispondo subito. Facile il check in e facile il check out.

Paolo, col l’aiuto di Stefania, sono stati ospiti impeccabili. Gentili e ospitali nell’accoglienza, ci hanno fatto trovare un alloggio in condizioni perfette dosato di ogni genere di comfort. La casa sorge su un’altura, ad un paio di km dalla rete viaria principale. È indispensabile essere muniti di macchina per raggiungerla. La realtà è migliore delle foto! Indimenticabile veranda esterna dove cenare e trascorrere del tempo in serenità guardando il mare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben arredati. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Lugn och trevlig plats. Maria Stella är en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd, och dessutom svarar snabbt! Foton på boendet matchar verkligheten mycket väl.

This apartment was a beautiful experience. The view was incredible. The hosts accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for a cozy vacation.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Posto tranquillo casa come foto con tutto il dispensabile c'è pure la lavastoviglie aria condizionata per una vacanza di totale relax vicino a ristoranti TOP se volete serate da divertirsi basta spostarsi a SOVERATO....in 15 minuti auto c'è tutto il divertimento che si vuole lungomare bellissimo ma se cerchi tranquillita'.. pace e mare bello consiglio ..casa di isabella è una garanzia grazie di tutto torneremo sicuramente ..

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

The appartament was very clean, modern and very spacious. Everything was very clean and the appartament had all you could want. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was able to be made very dark or you could allow natural light. Daniela was very nice and clear in her communication, she also advised on some great places to eat out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.
