There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house is in the pine forest area and 100m from the beach, it is minimalist style and very comfortable, since to ensure accessibility, we arranged on the ground floor the master double bedroom with a 150cm bathroom bed "en suite" bathroom and another room with double bed 135 cm double bed.
