Nice little studio in an outbuilding of my property Very quiet and close to the city center i put my heart into preparing you for a pleasant stay We are a 12 minute walk to Niort market and its 12th century dungeon downtown the road a few light climbs and descents very nice walk by the river Sèvres, close to a supermarket. 3 min from the ring road and the center of NORON. 15 min from Poitevin Marsh. 40 minutes from La Rochelle.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

small townhouse ideally located in Rochefort . Close to all shops,museums,laundry, cinema, bus stop. no need for a car, at 50 meters, at the corner of the street , a nice market 3 times a week and at the end of this street the royal rope factory where you can admire the Hermione .
