Holiday rentals with beach access in Rochester

Everything was EXTREMELY clean and well-maintained. The location was great and we were able to leave our fishing kayaks by the dock, which saved us a lot of extra hauling. Super friendly neighborhood and excellent hosts.

What a cute, comfortable condo! Shaun had it well furnished and tastefully decorated. We loved the walk along the lake. Will be back!

Shaun’s condo unit is very clean and the complex itself is in a great location. Easy to get to the walking path along the lake and walk to great restaurants. Shaun was very responsive with questions. We had a great time!

Nadine quickly responded to my communications with her. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is clean and had all the items needed for our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and personally explained how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome of Christmas cookies and wine and thoughtful decorations for Christmas. The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. There was the added bonus of visiting deer to see right outside the window. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed only one night but had a wonderful time in Rochester. It’s definitely worth a stop to see the Eastman Museum, a theater play, the lilacs in the park or sit in one of the lovely cafes. Jed’s apartment was special, full of flowers like on the pictures. We had a good sleep in the beds, so everything was fine!

This place was better than expected. Very cozy and homey and clean. It was very peaceful looking out over the lake from the balcony and even right from the bed, I didn't even feel I needed to turn the TV on. It seemed like a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. They are awesome hosts!

Tim, Derek and Kelly are probably the most amazing hosts you could dream of. There isn’t a complaint to be made, but even if there was, you can rest assured that your concerns would be addressed in the most prompt of manners. The stay is so amazing, you’ll want to stay longer, I promise you that.

Great place in a convenient and quiet area. Close to the Lake and a couple nice restaurants. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well and this was a pleasant surprise for us!

We went to visit our son who lives in Irondequoit. This is a great location and I hope to come back during warmer weather and use more of the amenities. We have a blind dachshund and the house was very navigable for her.

We enjoyed our few days away at the cabin after our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better local place to relax! We were able to enjoy kayaking, fishing, and listening to the sounds of nature all day. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Communication was primarily with Kristina and her response time was outstanding. Very attentive- even recommended restaurants. Very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!

The home was well appointed and located on a lovely beach! We were comfortable from the start and enjoyed the beach, games nights with the kids and exploring the area. Lou and MaryBeth were very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had during our stay and even after when my adult son accidently had a package from Amazon mailed to the home. Lou also provided many great local recommendations. We even found a couple pieces of pirate glass treasure. We hope to visit again soon!

this house is amazing. we had a great family get together there. Very Private and relaxing. All the bathrooms were spotless. kitchen has everything you could possible need. Would definitely go back.

My family and I stayed for a week and Kristin’s house was perfect. It was clean, comfy and stocked with everything needed plus some. Being on the beach each morning and evening, it was extremely peaceful. Terrific water pressure, comfortable beds/linens and modern updates are little things that make a pleasant stay. Thanks again!

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!
