Loved our stay here! Great hosts, great location, really nice place that felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very good as it has a really good view, quiet, and close to lots of state parks. The room is cozy and spacious. Kitchen has all the utensils. Angela is really helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our college reunion. It was perfect for 3 couples. Easy walking distance to all activities, the lake, restaurants, bars, and downtown. Easy check-in, and simple check-out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Jessica is the sweetest! Such an incredible host that made my family’s stay for graduation weekend incredible. We loved coming back and taking walks around the quiet neighborhood, and enjoyed the lovely space. Would highly recommend this place!

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

Great location! Walkable to bars and places to eat with our grown kids; as well as to the venue for wedding we were attending. My sister and her family booked the other 1/2 of the property, so it was great being able to stay altogether. It would be helpful to put another bedside table on both sides of the bed for phone/glasses, but not a big deal. The remote for the downstairs fan in living room needs batteries (probably haven’t needed them yet, but time to put them in!). When I needed Kevin’s help with Ring video footage, he was prompt and gave very specific feedback, which we appreciated, although he was unable to see what we were looking for! Overall, priced great and met our needs for our weekend in Rochester!

Great location. Walkable with a lot of restaurants nearby. Snacks and wine were provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. My only complaints are the house no longer had a pull out couch and the proximity to the train which can be a bit noisy.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Beatriz’s place was exactly as advertised! It was spotless and beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor areas, but Beatriz and her husband were nice enough to help us get the fireplace going for a late spring cold-weather snap. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was set up great for entertaining. I would absolutely recommend Beatriz’s place if you’re going to Rochester. It is located near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. You can’t go wrong here! We would not hesitate to stay at one of her homes again if we are ever back in the area!!!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

What can I say about Melissa’s place?! It was everything we needed and more for our stay in Albion to visit my family over Christmas. Her home is spacious yet cozy, with a full kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, a lovely fireplace, and so beautifully decorated with her original art! We felt so at home there, as did our dogs, and we hope to return in the summertime when the pool is open 😄 Melissa is an INCREDIBLE host who has put her heart and soul into creating such a warm and welcoming space for her guests to enjoy. I can’t recommend her place enough! It’s perfect for guests attending a wedding at the Lockstone, with convenient access to Batavia, Darien Lake, Medina, etc. Thank you Melissa!! For our best and favorite Airbnb stay EVER ❤️

We stayed here for my daughters near-by wedding. It was great to have a place big enough for my family to be together and enjoy the weekend. This is an exceptional property!! The hosts were gracious and wonderful. I booked this long before it was done. ...a bit on a wing and a prayer for what they had hoped to do..... There was no disappointment. The place is very nice. (That is an understatement). Well stocked. Everything you need and so much more!!! The barn was a huge hit. My 5 year old grandson summed it up when he first walked into the upstairs "bonus" room. He turned to his 3 year old brother and exclaimed "(brother's name) ...we've hit the jackpot!" The host has several other properties which I am sure are all as nice....I wouldn't hesitate to check those out if you are traveling elsewhere. But, if you are going to be in the area, do treat yourself and your fellow guests and do stay here.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

Very clean and comfortable space!

Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend in Rochester. The house had lots of space, was comfortable and very clean, with nice walkable streets for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed numerous family meals eating in. I appreciated the laundry facilities! A short drive to the Eastman School of Music with lots of comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated living spaces, the house was perfect for our purposes. Lindsey was a friendly and responsive host. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming 1933 home in Irondequoit. It still has many of its original fixtures and plumbing, which gives it a cozy, vintage feel. We mostly needed a place to sleep, and it was perfect for that—quiet, peaceful, and very clean. You can tell the cleaning crew does a great job; the vacuum lines on the sofa were a nice touch, and the quality toilet paper and paper towels were appreciated. There was also some great Dunkin’ Donuts coffee provided, which was a perfect way to start the morning. The backyard was especially peaceful—we laid out on yoga mats and listened to the birds singing. More seating in the backyard and front would be a great addition. A full-length mirror would also be helpful when getting ready to go out. Still, we were very comfortable and thankful for the stay. It’s a nice, restful place in a quiet neighborhood, and we’d happily stay again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

I was traveling with my 90 y/o Aunt, 70 y/o mom, and cousin. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We all grew up in Rochester and returned for a church event. The location was perfect. I went to a daycare center and school close by so I definitely went down memory lane. The place was quiet and relaxing. The amenities were also good. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
