We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

It was a great location for a quick getaway. Close to Portland and plenty of places to eat in town. I only met Clarishell but she was lovely!

Yvonne needs to get an INFINITE number of stars, not just 5. Her Luxurious property really stands out from the crowd and this is coming from a very picky guest with high expectations and love for cleanliness, beauty and comfort. Truly a home away from home. If you reserve this property to stay for an endless number of days, you will NOT regret it. This property offers you all: The one million dollar view, the beauty of nature and lots of things to do while feeling relaxed. We traveled with 2 kids, a grandma, and a small dog and we all enjoyed our time there. Yvonne has thought of every little detail and I doubt that many hosts out there would go out of their way to make their guests feel special. There was a welcome gift, lots of games were provided for entertainment, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit wood, outdoor kitchen and bathroom.... The lake is beautiful and clean. You will NOT run out of things to do inside this big home on a very hot or rainy day. We will be coming back!

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and within an easy hour drive to get to various coastal towns. The house is in big and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Everything is pristine within the house and the views from the back deck are AMAZING!!! Sue was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality and attention to details in the house.

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. The place is only a couple of miles from a gunquit you can walk if you want to walk or take your car The place was clean comfortable and had Central air conditioning which was A lifesaver because the temps were 99 to 100 both days we were there. Clean quiet and central to everything

A great cozy place to stay for my grandson's graduation. This house was perfect, with a nice big deck outside. The hosts were amazing to work with and were very helpful. Location was great, looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend staying here. A short walk down to a cool little beach at the end of the street.

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Meredith’s place. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This home is very conveniently located with a short drive to Portsmouth, Rye and the Maine coast. We initially had issues with the lock but Meredith had sent us the code for a lockbox with keys l so getting in and locking the rental wasn’t an issue. This place looks exactly like the listing photos. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

This house is a hidden gem - maybe our most favorite Airbnb ever! Large house fit 11 of us comfortably for gathering, eating, sleeping and being outside. Three bedrooms for so many people seemed like it might be awkward, but it worked just fine for us. LOVED the historic, homey and artistic furnishings and general vibe. Amazing kitchen and tablewear. The location near the spectacular Hamilton House site and walking trails along the river were a big bonus. The generous gift basket was a lovely personal touch. Only minor drawback was no dishwasher, but we all pitched in and made it work. Thinking we’ll come back with the whole family again for another gathering sometime!
