Long Beach and the location was excellent The house was very cozy and tastefully decorated ! The host was very nice very helpful ! For me !! I had a great time and I am definitely going to come back again!!!

I had to move to this listing short notice with my family due to a bad host elsewhere. Arletta was very responsive and helpful in this situation. After a minor misunderstanding with a bed issue she responded quickly and was very friendly. This place is directly across from beach access and is decorated well. It could use a few more dishes and things. As others mentioned the washing and folding of the towels prior to checkout can be a bother but we just planned ahead. This place was what we needed in short notice and it fit our family well. I’d recommend it. Arletta was pleasant to work with. Good communication is key and she did that well.

This was a very cozy bungalow, I felt right at home. Love that the dogs had a great neighborhood to walk in and neighbors were super friendly. I love having the option to kayak, beach toys for the kids, fire pit and chairs out back. Also, loved the roses and morning glories.

Everything was exactly as described. Will stay again!

Our stay here was great! The place was clean and looked just like the photos! It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was right on the beach. The only thing to note is that it is attached to another unit, and the quiet hours are important for that reason. The air conditioning while we stayed was finicky. It could have been user error, but one night it was very hot and I came to find the temperature had reset itself to very warm. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a getaway on the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at Claire’s apartment. It was sunny, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location, one block from the ocean and boardwalk was so convenient. The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt welcoming. We would definitely want to stay there when we come back to the Rockaways next year.

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

We are return visitors who come as often as we can. We love the apartment, the proximity to the boardwalk/ ocean and the easy walk to restaurants and groceries on Beech Street. Maria is an outstanding host, available, responsive, flexible and kind.

Beautiful location right on a walkable beach, modern and new with great added features. A great retreat. Viola the host is super accommodating, responsive and a great host who gives you your own space and goes out of her way to make your time relaxed and stress free.

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

We have been going to Sea Bright every year for many years. And cannot say enough about our stay this time... We LOVED every moment — from beginning to end!! Alice is the most generous and gracious of hosts and we felt immediately at home the moment we stepped in the door. As a person extremely sensitive to the environment, I was TOTALLY comfortable the whole time!!! Which is amazing being right next to the beach... Super clean. Just exquisitely beautiful and homey in every way. We appreciated all the extra thoughtful touches that truly made it — "A Wee Bit Of Heaven". (And every day we ate at her restaurant right down the road - Alice's Kitchen. Everything was delicious and everyone so welcoming, open and warm!!)

Catherine's place was INCREDIBLE. We stayed for two nights, the space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had (which weren't many because she had us very well prepared with her great communication. Beach right across the road, ferry to the city a few blocks down. Such a peaceful spot - couldn't recommend more!

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.

The pictures do this place no justice! Its truly amazing. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and right across from the beach it offers the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Ashley was amazing every step of the way. Extremely responsive and accommodating in every way! Definitely recommend a stay here

Anil’s place was a great stay. I wouldn’t have chosen a better place for us bridesmaids to spend the weekend while we prepare for the wedding. Thank you for being a great host.

It was a wonderful location! There was no gas for the bbq but we got great info for where to get and an offer of reimbursement and the hosts always responded very quickly with any questions! We definitely want to stay there again! It was my first experience with an airbnb and it was more than I hoped for.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! It is an old house so it had its quirks, but it was nothing we couldn’t look past. Very steep stairs, a janky door- nothing major. We had young kids with us so the gates for the stairs came in very handy! There were baby gates, 2 pack and plays, a high chair and a toddler bed. Those amenities alone took so much stress off us. The towels and linens were all very nice and clean and plentiful. The views were PHENOMENAL. We took a walk along the beach at low tide and had so much fun collecting golf balls and shells. My son got to hold his first baby shrimp and jellyfish. The memories made were priceless. Water shoes are a must!! If you require a smart tv with all the apps, I recommend bringing a Firestick, as the tv capabilities were limited. I had one delivered from target within an hour. Astrid was the BEST host! She was extremely responsive, helpful, flexible, and kind. I can’t say enough good things about her and her home!

My parents visited and didn’t want stay in the city for a week so Dan’s place 1 block from the beach is quiet point lookout was the perfect few days before I made them ride the MTA & see the city sites. Dan was so sweet & met us at the house to ensure we got the lay of the land. Would visit again

Fantastic find. Owner is incredibly gracious and the area is gorgeous. A must-stay for anybody in the area looking for serenity and access to nature while also providing the option to eat at great restaurants! The host is very organized and responsive. Seriously, I never leave reviews but this Airbnb deserved a shout out for being stellar.

We do not have words to explain how amazing was the experience . The view from the water is stunning! The sunset it is a blast ! We love everyday when we woke and look at the amazing view . Viola is a very good person , always ready to help us . We felt very welcomed in her house ! Thank you so much !
