Diane Cottage - steps from Short Sands Beach!

JenniferRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Location, location, location. I grew up spending thousands of hours swimming at Shots Sands Beach, playing at Fun-o-rama and getting kisses at the Goldenrod. This is a perfect place for a family with young kids. We watched in wonder as a hummingbird sipped from a flower in the window box. The new shower is large enough for two people. The antique fixtures give this cottage fabulous charm. Remember to bring your own bed linens and towels. Doug and Laura are great caretakers of this cottage. We had great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back!!

Short walk to Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches!

LisaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The cottages are a bit rustic, as described. But, the location can’t be beat!! We arrived after dark and were so pleasantly surprised in the morning on our first walk to the end of the driveway. So close to the water! The view was incredible!!

Moody Beachfront Studio Cottage

JoyceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be right on the beach. Coffee at sunrise. We walked to Ogonquit and enjoyed lunch and shopping. It was so nice to be able to walk there. It was off season so crowds were minimal. The cottage had everything we needed. Was clean and cozy. Loved this place and would definetly stay again. Perfect get away.

Bow Lake Nest & Rest -Bon Coeur Cabin

I can’t think of one negative thing about to say about this place. It was quiet and peaceful, the porch is great! I could hear loons all night long. There is a beautiful butterfly bush outside with monarchs and hummingbirds all day long. I was very sad to leave this place. Sarah was very kind.

Short walk to Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches!

LynnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend away. Three generations taking a quick road trip. It made the perfect home base for visiting the theater and music venue in New Hampshire while exploring the beach and the shops locally during the day. Plenty of good food at the local restaurants. Beautiful area for my morning walk with my coffee, peaceful setting for Mom to read her book and a playground nearby for my daughter to have time on the swing for her sensory needs. We did some exploring on Wiggly Bridge Trail then we did some tasting at Wiggly Bridge Distillery. I'm looking forward to returning for a long weekend with my boyfriend and our dogs as the place is pet friendly and it will provide a perfect getaway with a pets for walking exploring the beach and parks and taken in the scenery relaxing in the quiet of the night. The area was very quiet in the evening There was no noise no traffic sounds. We highly recommend! Lynn, Marina and Marie.

Blue Fish Cottage Near Wallis Sands Beach

JenniferRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I wish I didn’t have to share this cottage with others because it felt like it was my own! Ha! Brian and Sue were just so hospitable and completely understanding of our travel delays and plans. The walk to the beach was worth it as well. We will definitely be back.!

Cozy and bright beach cottage - walk to the beach!

CarolinaRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Was a wonderful place. Nice and clean. Very well equipped with more than you will need. Nice flowers around the property, a nice sand path to the beach surrounded by local nature. The host was very responsive and there were clear instructions inside. They were flexible when we had some changes in the number of guests. Was cozy and bright!!! We definitely want to return soon.

Moody Beach Oceanfront Tiny House

CaitlynRating, 5 stars11 months ago
It was a great experience to stay here. The space was a perfect size for a couple looking to get away. The space was clean and only a 10 second walk from a private beach. Our host was fantastic. She checked in to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with travel sized bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

Ride the Tide on Moody Beach

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jillian's beach house was absolutely perfect in so many ways. It was easy to find, and living there was a breeze! We had everything we needed, and more. The beach is just a stone's throw away! When we arrived, we were delighted that we could boogie board (and we didn't even need wetsuits!). Oh, yes! A one-day warming of the surface of the water at the beginning of June allowed that. Hahaha! We had our bikes, which was great as it meant we could cycle straight from our location along the ocean as well as into Ogunkit town. We used the BBQ a few times and cooked inside one evening because of the rain. Everything worked well, which was great! The absolute best thing was eating at the table right off the beach.

Dog-friendly studio with patio - walk to beach

D1Rating, 5 stars11 months ago
The Good: Location was super with the beach very close (half a block) and two restaurants very close (half a block). Downtown Ogunquit could be walked but a bit far to make it convenient so a quick drive is suggested. There is a great dog park a few minutes down the road too. The unit was clean and cute and mostly updated (bathroom is a bit tight) but for two of us and a dog it was good. Ogunquit beach is an incredible beach. Beautiful, clean, and it is so massive you will never run out of space to lay your towels down. There is a bathroom there too. Overall we were very happy. The Bad: If you're bringing a dog, Ogunquit beaches are not pet-friendly (not Vacasa's fault). However, there is a dog beach to the north and south 8 miles in each direction to take your dog. Otherwise this location is recommended .

Boutique Villa at edge of Vineyard

ChristyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The tiny home was adorable and just as the pictures described. I would recommend having a hold cart or transportation to the winery which is super close. The only reason why we didn’t walk to it was because they had a wedding which forced us to drive. Very cute house though and super quiet

Sweet cottage, steps from beach

CherylRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We absolutely loved this sweet cabin and our stay in York! Everything was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to walk to dinner at a Stone's Throw and to get morning coffee at Long Sands General Store. Walking to the lighthouse (around 3 miles round trip) was a highlight as well. We highly recommend this gem of a cottage!

Boutique Villa at Edge of Vineyard

SarahRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We booked this little cabin last minute while we were travelling. I am so glad that we were able to book it and have a destination to look forward to for the night especially since we had extreme storms pop up on our drive. The check-in was easy and the place was immaculate. We had plenty of space and the cabin was decorations were cozy but updated. Would definitely stay here again. it would be perfect for a trip with multiple couples so they could have their own space but congregate around the wonderful fire pit.
