This is a clean and beautiful condo in a fantastic location!! Most of our stay in Hot Springs got rained out, but having this condo to relax in made the trip worthwhile!! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the storms roll through and a fireworks show on Sunday night of the holiday weekend. The furniture was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We were also impressed with how the kitchen was stocked for cooking & baking! Just an FYI for asthmatics; there were air fresheners in the kitchen when we got there which triggered my asthma. After unplugging the air fresheners and airing out the condo I was good for the rest of the weekend.

My family and I really enjoyed this place and hopefully we'll be returning soon, with other family and friends.

We loved staying here. It was a very peaceful location. It was great just hanging out on the patio with a great view of the lake. We hope to stay there many more times in the future.

This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. Beautiful views of the lake! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching turtles and ducks—very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. I was traveling with my brother so it was very convenient that there was a blow up air mattress, which worked perfectly for our situation. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Philip was great at communicating before our arrival with clear instructions. I would definitely come stay again and highly recommend!

This place is amazing and definitely worth going. Walking in you immediately see the nice clean place with a gorgeous view of the water. We are already seeing when we will be back.

The condo was cozy and super clean. Had everything we needed. It was decorated very nicely! Loved the fluffy bath towels! Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. You park on a downward slope, so if you’re not sure on your feet it could be an issue. Also, the highway noise was noticeable from the master bedroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great, modern apartment with fun amenities and nearby food options.. The apartment living areas and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The location is next to a food truck area with several options as well as a short walk south to several restaurants and it is close to downtown. There is covered parking with a gated entry and room to store bikes in the garage in provided bike stands.

We loved this condo! The location was great, a quick drive to downtown or anywhere you’d want to go. You can get dinner Door Dashed quick. You can park right next to the building and a very short distance from car to door, which made loading/unloading easy peasy. The pool was clean, super close, and really fun. The balcony was perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake. The couch and bed were comfy. The kitchen was small but super clean. If you’re like me and cook on vacation, BYO seasonings, oils, silicone spatula, and a good knife! If you are a larger person, elderly, or physically disabled it might be tricky to get around due to a few steps to the door and some very tight walkways within the condo bedroom/bathroom - but for most traveling singles or pairs this is the perfect spot! Would definitely stay again!

Such beautiful surroundings—peaceful and relaxing! This condo has an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Watching the sunset as we ate dinner on the balcony was so lovely, with lots of birds flitting about. Several pluses: We enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool, and walking the boardwalk on the edge of the lake. We also appreciated that the condo is pet-friendly, and having use of the washer and dryer was also quite nice. Kimberly is a very responsive host. There were a couple glitches while we were there and she was quick to respond. We would love to return!

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

amazing view, excellent fishing, great location to local restaurants and places to see. Debbie was an amazing host who went out of her way to accommodate our stay and make sure we were always comfortable. The snacks and soft drinks were an added bonus. Debbie also made a princess crown for my grandaughter that she absolutely loves. I highly recommend this great little apartment on the lake.

host was very responsive and even gave us resturants to try. 1 bedroom was very spacious everything was so clean and great , hubs said when we got there and saw the jacuzzi tub and was like is there no shower and I laughed and said it's over in the other bathroom. felt like I had my own bathroom space and he did too. would definitely stay again. was very close to all things we did.

This is a gorgeous stay right on the lake. There’s plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas but this is a small secluded place with everything you need. We loved it here!

We got to meet the hosts! They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had a small hiccup but they were so quick to respond and couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating! Will definitely recommend as a host and look to stay at their properties again!

Kristi's place was in a great location and it also had 2 suites which was perfect for us because we were traveling with a friend and we were each able to have our own privacy.

Russ’s place was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding. Everything we needed to get to was in a 15 minute drive. Loved it.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Greg was very responsive to all questions. The view of the lake was great for drinking your morning coffee and watching the sunset.

Beautiful condo in neighborhood that felt safe & welcoming. The balcony overlooking the lake was an amazing area for drinking morning coffee while watching turtles, geese and boats. The condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Definitely a condo I would like to stay in again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful and in a great location close to casino and great seafood as well as just a short 10 minute drive to downtown...we would definitely stay again if in the area!

The condo was just as described. Location was great. Great view, close to different things to do.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s. Everything was exactly as described and the home had everything you needed and more. The views from the balcony are what sold us on the place and they exceeded our expectations! The only consideration I would make is if you are looking for a place with maximum privacy between the two bedrooms, this place may not be the best fit. This is only because the doors (which are beautiful!) are slatted, and therefore don’t offer much sound protection. This is the same for the bathroom. It didn’t hinder our stay, but just calling out in case that is something very important to you. All in all, we would certainly stay there again and recommend to all!
