Holiday rentals with a balcony in Rocky Mountains

My wife and I booked this Airbnb for our family trip to attend graduation at UW. This Airbnb was perfect! From the proactive communication to the little details around the apartment (snacks, water bottles, and toiletries)…the space was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area (lovely streets, groceries, and coffee shops within a mile radius and not too far from campus). This is clearly an excellent choice for a Seattle vacation - 10/10 would recommend.

The unit was beautiful and clean. The beds and linens were comfortable and soft! Close to shopping and restaurants was convenient. The people at the desk were helpful and cheerful! Thanks for a great night stay!

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Absolutely amazing experience! This rental exceeded all our expectations! Even the teenagers were impressed and couldn’t stop sharing photos on IG! Cam was an outstanding host, welcoming us with fresh fruit, wine, coffee, cream, and a delicious coffee cake. It truly made us feel at home! The location is fantastic, with a variety of excellent restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Cam went above and beyond to assist us with parking, which can be a bit challenging in San Francisco, but he made it manageable. If we ever return to San Francisco, this will be our go-to place! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It feels like home away from home and had everything you could possibly want for a SF vacation. We really appreciated Anthony’s flexibility on our check-in and check-out and the facilities that were available at the home. Our family would come back here any day. The home has so much character, charm, warmth and is so cozy. We had a hectic travel schedule but always caught up on great sleep as the beds are so comfortable. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

This is really a Beautiful apartment. The location is great, and it is wonderful to have the outdoor patio patios. There is lots of space to sit together. While it is well described, it is worth noting that there is only one bathroom and it is on the main floor, the master suite is on the above floor. We had no trouble parking.

Our favorite Airbnb ever. Great patio, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and great water pressure. We’d love to stay again sometime.

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Our family (two adults, two kids 4 and under) loved staying at Shannon’s home for a long weekend. The accommodations were great, very comfortable for our group. Very well located for hopping on public transportation and walkable to a couple of nice parks. Shannon was a great host too, proactive and made the whole stay very enjoyable. Highest recommendation!

This house, without a doubt is one of the best I’ve stayed at in Colorado. Waking up every morning to the smell of the pines made me want to stay a lot longer! The house feels like home as soon as you walk through the doors. Everything is very clean, and the amenities are a great plus. Our favorite part of the stay was the private hot tub. The hot tub is a life saver after those long mountain days. Overall, if you love taking in the fresh air in a peaceful neighborhood, this property is for you!

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate a college graduation. Had 3 generations of adults, all were very comfortable and happy with the space. We cooked all our meals, enjoyed walking along the harbor and visiting local beaches, played games & did puzzles... Really couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and accommodating space! Highly recommend for groups or families wanting a great home base with plenty of comfort.

Great place to stay! We were snowboarding at Mt. Hood and Timberline. It's very close and has an adorable little town in walking distance or a 30 second car ride away. Place was spacious and the laundry is free in the basement. I would recommend staying here rather than Mt Hood Village as it's farther and not as much of a town vibe. This was perfect for us and the hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

Emily’s place was awesome and very updated. Pristine clean upon arrival. The location was phenomenal. You’re a block away from all of restaurants and shops. The trolley and the gondola were a great touch. Emily’s communication was fantastic. Parking was very safe and secure as well. We hope to book again with Emily soon. Great condo for our ski trip. We loved the hot tub and warmed pool. Great stay for kids. They had lots of toys, books, kid utensils, and a pack and play that all made our stay much easier with a little one.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this condo. We've stayed in multiple different units in the Villages at Breckenridge, and in other condos in the area, but the Villages is our favorite overall. This particular condo was probably one of the best in terms of furnishings overall. Not all are created and furnished equally, but the use of the space was ideal, plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, etc. It just made living in the space easy and comfortable. Jeremy as the host was great. We only needed to contact him one time, and that was to determine if an early check in was an option. He quickly responded and we ended up checking in several hours early on our day of arrival. Everything else was proactive communication from the host on everything we could possibly need. Very good experience overall.

I wish I had more time in this location. Next time I will definitely stay longer. It was even better than the photos. Local ocean was great for seafood. Definitely visit the aquarium and all the hiking spots further south all the way to Florence. Crammed a lot of activities in my short two days thank you again for everything. I really appreciate it.

The place was perfect for our vacation stay in Seattle! Excellent central location for walking to the most commonly visited tourist spots. We took full advantage of the courtyard and gym. My son said he slept "way better" on the pull-out sofa than he did in our earlier hotel stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Being met and provided instructions at check-in was helpful and checkout was a breeze.

The condo is fantastic! I truly appreciated all the high quality finishes and furnishings. The decor was just perfect for the Breckenridge Mountain setting. Even though it is part of a 4 story building - once you enter - it felt like we were staying in a cozy cabin because of all the finishes. The bed in the master is very comfortable - something that is always very important to me when vacationing anywhere as a mid 60's person. And the view and relaxing sound of the river directly in front of the building makes it just PERFECT. Well stocked kitchen. Just a trip down the stairs (or elevator) to the walk along the river and you are right downtown Breck. Carol was super responsive to any questions. Would stay again next time we head up there!
