Apartment holiday rentals in Roda

Estuvimos unos días porque teníamos un congreso en el hotel de enfrente y no quedaban habitaciones, así que nos vino de lujo. Tanto Cristina como José Ángel han sido maravillosos y el piso es exactamente lo que dice ser. El sitio es pequeño, así que tres caben justitos, pero para ser un piso de playa no te lo vas a encontrar más cómodo y moderno que este. Te incluyen todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso para sazonar la comida, o sea que puedes . Como pequeño fallo decir que el agua de la ducha se cuela por las juntas y moja el suelo, pero no es mucho. Está todo muy bien. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos si hiciera falta un alojamiento cerca.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento. El piso está completamente amueblado y equipado con electrodomésticos, cuenta con un baño en excelentes condiciones y una habitacion con dos camas individuales, además de un sofá cama grande y muy cómodo. La zona es excelente y tranquila, ideal para descansar, y la amplia terraza fue un gran plus. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El alojamiento también incluye toallas y todo lo necesario para ir a la playa, lo cual fue muy práctico. Bryan fue un anfitrión muy atento y se comunicó muy bien con nosotros. Como llegábamos tarde, tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos las llaves en un lugar seguro para poder recogerlas sin problema. Todo funcionó perfectamente. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos.

excelente!! nos sentimos como en casa , es un piso acogedor, tiene todo los utensilios qué necesitarías o tendrias en tu casa. Queríamos salir de la rutina y estar cerca del mar y fue perfecto para los niños, la mascota y nosotros 👌 una zona muy tranquila para poder descansar, bajar a la piscina o ir a la playa. repetiriamos sin duda

Los Urrutias y concretamente el apartamento es un sitio perfecto para la tranquilidad y para poder tener un tiempo para respirar y relajarte. El apartamento está muy bien comedor y cocina en el comedor grande y espacioso, una habitación con cama matrimonial muy cómoda y espaciosa… la terraza es una de los mejores espacios con barbacoa y vistas al mar. No se como estará en verano pero en semana santa es un sitio perfecto para relajarse. Cartagena está a 15 min.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely small complex great pool apartment was exactly what we wanted. The roof terrace absolutely made it perfect for us. Very spacious and naturally sun all day.

Danke für einen tollen Urlaub! Wir wurden sehr nett von Mila in Empfang genommenen und die gesamte Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, um sich wohl zu fühlen und hat eine top Lage mit Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke nochmal :)

Tastefully furnished, super equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings and very quiet area and pool. Fab solarium. Clubhouse food is really good and not expensive! I honestly can’t find a single aspect that wasn’t great. We will be back for sure. Steve is Sofie’s contact and he’s in the area. He is really helpful and responds to any query very quickly.

Excelente ático tal cual las fotos. Muy facil de encontrar y sobrado en equipamiento. Solo mejoraría la limpieza ya que los muebles estaban llenos de polvo lo cual nos causo alergias y la limpieza de los banos al entrar puede mejorar. De resto, un ático top...

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

This is probably one of the nicest air bnbs my family and I have ever stayed in. We arrived very late and the instructions were so clear we had absolutely no issue finding our way with our little ones, despite it being early hours of the morning. The little welcome pack was perfect and the guide book that is provided is a god send! The location is stunning and peaceful and the apartment itself has everything you could ask for. It’s hard to relax on holiday sometimes with two very active kids but this place really accommodates for those relaxing peaceful evenings once the kids are settled. I highly recommend and really hope to return in the near future, thank you!

Very positive feedback on this superb apartment. Firstly, it is located in a magnificent residence, well secured and 40 minutes walk from the town of Los Alcázares. It is easily accessible on foot and also by car. Secondly, this apartment allows a certain privacy but also a conviviality, with its two bathrooms (one of them is included in the bedroom area with the double bed), the balcony and the air conditioning creates a dream space. Not to mention that the swimming pool is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Thirdly, towels, blankets, bathroom products, make-up remover wipes and bottles of fresh water are available. For travelers arriving from Alicante airport and who didn’t rent a car, it is possible to take the Busbam buses from the airport to Los Narejos (It stops at Av. De la Constitucion near the Camaleon bar). The journey costs 8-9€ per person and can be a bit long depending on traffic jams (2-3 hours). Finally, Veronica was very responsive and answered all our questions! Thanks

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Roof terrace was a bonus for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine. Have stayed in Roda a few times and this was by far the best apartment. Will stay again the next time we visit the area.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Alles is zoals je het verwacht, enigste min puntje zijn camera's in de woonkamer. Buiten dat om volledig tevreden over alles. Zeer mooie locatie met erg mooi uitzicht vanuit diversen plekken. Echte aanrader!
