The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet and close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

The surrounding area offers beautiful walking or cycling tours, along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Courtrai or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.
