Lovely apartment Gaynor was very helpful

This was my first stay at Roker apartments and it mot disappoint! It was spotless, we were well informed every step of the way, Ivan is a fantastic host and nothing is too trouble, I really hope this apartment is available on my next trip to roker!

We had a great couple of days visiting friends in Sunderland and the apartment was the perfect location. Lots of space and very comfy beds! We would definitely recommend to other families. Nick was so friendly and accommodating with a slightly later check out time so the children could have another quick paddle on the beach.

John was very responsive and instructions were clear. The apartment is on the third floor(staircase only) of a beautiful sea frontage character building which overlooks the promenade and lighthouse. There is a lovely park next door which was a great early morning walk as well. Restaurants , bars all nearby but area very quiet during our stay. The apartment was well fitted out, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this stay
