30 m² studio, new condition, separate entrance, quiet with private garden area. Hiking trails at the foot of the house and many tourist attractions nearby. In the countryside, not overlooked, you are guaranteed to wake up to the sound of birds singing. With a little luck you can witness beautiful sunsets! We have a rooster and geese...
