Possibility to add an extra bed in one of the rooms. Kitchen with living room on the lower floor and 2 children's rooms with toys on the upper floor

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Tidigare stall omgjort till mysigt gästhus vid sjön Uttran. TV och obegränsad wi-fi. Tillgång till toalett, bastu, badkar och dusch i stor spa-avdelning, 50 meter upp från gästhuset. Notera att gästhuset inte har egen toalett. Kitchenette, mikro, m.m. finns för matlagning. Sköna morgonbad, fiske- och roddturer förgyller vistelsen. I den stora prunkande trädgården kan man spela fotboll och badminton. Stället har goda förbindelser med bil och pendeltåg till Stockholm. Egen p-plats finns.

Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.
