The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. The exhibition center (IEC-expo) is a 15-minute walk.
