We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

i think I was one of the first to book this place and there were almost no reviews, but it was a hit. The location can't be better, you can go barefoot to swim on the beach, and directly dine in the chiringuitos area, or go a 5 minute walk to the administrative center of Roquetas de Mar. It should be recognized that the house could use a renovation or renovate the decor, but everything works well, it is cared for and clean, and it matches the photos.

Great place, close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is quite new. We were two people, while the place is designed for up to 7 persons, but we think 5 would be the limit.

The Accommodation is a wonder, it is not missing detail, we have been in 15 people and very comfortable, if it is not the best accommodation where I have been, it is one of the best, for putting some sticks, the pool was not clean yet, but we were not going to bathe, fine perfect, Thank you.

Excellent house by location, size, equipment and design. The environment of Almerimar has surprised us: harbor nautico, Paseo equipadisimo inclusive chiringuitos Gabriel and Luisa make everything much easier and honestly this is like in your home! For an improvement proposal, the check-in time at 6pm reduces the first day. Recommended and we will repeat.

I recommend this rental. Apparently in excellent condition. Bright and very clean with a terrace with beautiful sea views. Manuel and welcoming, he is responsive when we send him a message. We had a lovely stay, the area is very pretty. Shops, beaches, restaurants are within walking distance. This is one of the best rentals we've had on Airbnb in terms of comfort and cleanliness. It was the best choice of accommodation, it is a beautiful large house with incredible views, impeccable cleanliness, very good location, comfortable rooms, the kitchen looks new and well equipped, but best of all was the pool. The house is perfect for family, I went with my girlfriend and there were only two of us, I will definitely repeat and come with my family. The host Dahiana was very kind, she was attentive to us at all times, she gave us a recommendation from the area. I will definitely come back and recommend it 100%

A perfect accommodation to spend a few days as a stranger in Almeria, the super friendly host was at our disposal at all times, 100% recommended

The rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked luxury. The pool was perfect even though the jacuzzi didn't work because someone before broke the push button and, being August, they were waiting for them to come and change it. The hammocks start to need to be changed and their mattresses too. The ramp in which you can park is very steep, but there is plenty of room next to the house. On the beach there are 5 or 10 min walking, at most, and there are a couple of very good places to dine. We had a problem with the hot water in the showers, and that's that at 6 we went we found it was low temperature to shower. They tried to fix it, even a technician came, but at the end none of the days we could give us a warm shower, or at least not as hot as we would have liked. Overall a beautiful home to enjoy and rest.

This compound is fabulous for a large group stay. We made great use of the large kitchen and outdoor cooking and dining. The cooling pool is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Amazing host and excellent recommendations! We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. The only thing to keep in mind is the 15-minute gravel road leading to the accommodation. Highly recommended

The stay at Villa Fuente Victoria was great. This is a super spacious and cozy palace house. It is provided with all the details to make guests feel at home. The exteriors are a wonder and it's a great place to enjoy with children. Antonio has been a host of 10, very easy to communicate with him and his father a junior, even left us wine and some khakis. In short, we will repeat in summer to try the pool area!
