The cabin is located at 1400 meters in the characteristic hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Ostana, away from mass tourist circuits. The cabin has a beautiful southwest exposure, and from its large terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of Monviso and the surrounding mountains. In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with a panoramic terrace and an exclusive stone barbecue, the house boasts a vantage point marked on the guides, which is part of the property. In summer, hiking, paragliding and cycling; in autumn, porcini mushrooms grow in the garden. In winter, ski and bobsled slopes are just a few kilometers away. A unique refuge, where you can experience the mountains.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua is located in Piazza Gran Madre di Dio in the Borgo Po district, a short walk from the city center. The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
