Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rosemead

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Enjoyed our stay and appreciate the flexibility of the host to accommodate a slightly earlier check in time :)

Definitely will stay here again!!! The place is ahhhh-mazing!! It’s the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation (fire pit, outside kitchen, spa tub under the stars, hammock, cozy bedroom)! Did not want to leave. Ethan is a very responsive host. Instructions are very clear.

We had a great time at Peter's home. The location was great for our needs. Peter was super helpful and attentive to our questions. The first night we walked to the Thai restaurant Otus nearby and had a fantastic meal. We loved having the extra bedroom in the annex. And the hot tub was heavenly. A big bonus for us . Loved the whole experience .

Norvell’s home away from home was perfect for us. We had a family wedding and needed a big, comfortable place with a great kitchen. This place was perfect. It was spacious, but the layout made it feel even more spacious. There are stairs as you enter which lead to the main level. The extra long table was ideal for our family. I had to do some cooking, and the large island was amazing for prep. We especially loved coffee on the front deck. There are lots of bathrooms and comfy beds. Honestly, I was so grateful for this beautiful home. Weddings can be stressful; Norvell and his home took away any complications. This place is wonderful! He is a very responsive and friendly host.

I absolutely LOVED this home!! Absolutely stunning backyard, and so peaceful and relaxing!! Host was extremely responsive and willing to help with any issue. Will be staying again next year!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Judy's home was great. Had a ton of kid friendly items, my toddler loved the backyard! Loved the full size crib and toddler bed! The hot tub was great after a long Disney day and the close proximity to the parks was awesome. Judy was super responsive and had a ton of information posted in the home for those not familiar with the area. Would stay again.

Loved this treehouse! So much fun for my friend and I. Two sixty-something ladies in town for some fun and tired of boring hotels. The detail and craftmanship Dan has put into this treehouse is amazing. It is unbelievably solid as well. The bathroom and shower are adorable and look like an outhouse. Wish we could have had more time to spend on the beautiful upstairs balcony but our schedule was too packed. The AC worked well for the hot days we were there and wireless was also good. If stairs and ladders are hard for you, this may not be a place for you to stay. But if you want adventure, something totally unique and in a safe area near lots of things, this is for you. It would be amazing if you have kids. My friend and I didn't want to sleep in the same bed so one of us slept on the couch. There is also a spare matress you can use but the couch was fine for us, maybe not for a larger person. I highly recommend, and when we come back to OC we'll definitely stay here if we can.

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

Kristin and Richard run an incresibly nice studio behind their house in South Pasadena. It had great amenities, felt very private, and was centrally located with great access to activities in the area. Checking in was a breeze and Kristin and Richard were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Besides the studio being clean and well stocked, I was delighted at the natural features of the property, their adjacent garden/ small animal enclosures. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Jin’s instructions were very helpful and they were very responsive when I had questions. The place was very nice, clean, quiet, with lots of bird song. The neighborhood is lovely, very walkable with good restaurants, coffeehouses, and a Trader Joe’s. The Metro is 1/2 mile away which will take you downtown so no driving. Would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb was super cute and cozy - the off street parking was convenient, the kitchen and living area very functional for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Really convenient having high end laundry machines, and lots of nice amenities like a steamer, an iron, and a blow dryer all available. I also love that we didn’t have to clean the whole place ourselves at check out, unlike some other airbnb with long check out lists. Would gladly stay here again!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

Clara and David’s home was everything I thought it would be and more! Loved the privacy and the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting LA!

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

We recently stayed here in Burbank to visit family close by and enjoy Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is very centrally located in the heart of Burbank and is in a nice and safe neighborhood with close proximity to a lot of restaurants and the famous bakery, Porto’s. The house is very well taken care of and extremely clean. We stayed with my one year old, four year old and my parents. The layout of the house is nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard area which had a very wonderful pool including pool floats, outdoor table, and BBQ. The hosts also had a high chair setup and a pack and play for my one year old. Heather and Janeth were also very responsive.

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

2nd time staying here. Again was very happy. Great and beautiful location. Quiet. Safe. Parking right in front. Hosts responsive to needs. We needed a few things 1st night and they were immediately taken care of. Such a beautiful location. Excellent stay for the money. Highly recommend
