Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, abseits großer Straßen und dennoch zentrumsnah: - 500 m zum historischen Öchsle-Bahnhof - 500 m zu Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt - 700 m zum Marktplatz - 1,5 km zur Klosteranlage (Basilika, Galerie Fruchtkasten, Startpunkt Wanderweg Erholungsgebiet Krummbach)

Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.
