The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in very friendly neighborhood. Particularly beautiful is the view from our balcony of the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).
