We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. Es gibt viel zu erleben im Frühling und Sommer aber auch im Herbst und Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Unser Garten steht unseren Gästen auf Absprache gerne zum spielen mit Kindern zur Verfügung. Kleine wie große Tiere gibt es zum streicheln und liebhaben. In 10Minuten Fußweg am schönen Tobelrand kommt man direkt zum Tobelbach. An unserem Hof führt direkt eine Langlaufloipe vorbei die bei guter Schneelage bestens gespurt ist. Ein Rodelhügel gibt es auch in der Nähe.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Tiny loft on the Argen

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny in Allgäu. Public parking (for a fee) is nearby (e.g. on the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and bakeries, clothing stores, bars and a cinema are also very close. Various hiking trails, cycling routes and cross-country trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
