Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rots

Great house, great location, great host. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for us.

We LOVED our stay in Sommervieu. The house was simply idyllic, surrounded by flowers and with a nearby (but not too close!) field of friendly cows wandering by. The house itself was very quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything one would need in the kitchen, loads of books and games, and firewood for a roaring fire. We didn’t use the bikes or outdoor seating because the weather didn’t cooperate, but would love to come back and try them someday. Sophie and François were super attentive, offering local suggestions and also pointers for when we moved on to Paris, suggesting a restaurant in Paris where we later had a delicious lunch! Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope to come back!

We had a great stay! The house is very kid-friendly, with lots of toys for the children to enjoy and a lovely garden where they could play safely. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house. One particularly smart feature, given the layout, is that there are two bathrooms. This was especially convenient while traveling with kids and managing different sleep schedules. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made our short stay all the more relaxing. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for the D Day beaches or just for a beach holiday in Langrune. The house is quirky and may not suit everyone because of steep stairs and the layout, but it worked fine for the four adults in our party. The baker and butcher in the village are brilliant and the general store and greengrocers are more than adequate. Cathy and Nicholas were very heloful with recommendations of places to eat. We had a wonderful holiday as a result.

Thé Manigale is simply wonderful ans thé way Pascal and Karine made it into a simply stunning home. The gardens, thé cows, thé lovely kitchen which was lovely to work in and then sit in the garden and take it all in. Thé local villages are lovely and the people so friendly. It’s also great for bike rides. Perfect 😍

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

Arnaud and his partner were fantastic hosts. A very peaceful, Beautiful place to stay in a great location. Gorgeous pool and gardens and a great spot to stay in if travelling around the sights of Normandy. Thanks guys!

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a maritime port and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a beautiful discovery and we hope to return!

Philippe is a great host, who is very responsive and very flexible. The apartment is great, right on the seafront and very easy to access with all necessary things provided!

THE BEST housing we have made ☺️ We had a great stay in this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and even more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the port, is superb. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, an excellent place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, everything can be done on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

Redha is a wonderful host. He is extremely helpful, friendly and went well above what was required. When our rental car arrangement fell through, he came to pick us up from the train station within 15 minutes. He communicated clearly and responded quickly to all inquiries. He is an absolute pleasure to interact with! The apartment was as advertised. The space was clean, roomy, comfortable and very quiet at night, yet close to a major grocery store and all amenities. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone coming to stay in Caen.

A lovely apartment in a lovely location. Clean and tidy and well appointed. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. Communication with our host Emmanuel was very good. Would visit again.

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Nathalie is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in a nice and pleasant residence, easy to access by car or on foot. The balcony exposure with sea view is simply unforgettable.

A great weekend in a charming studio, with an absolutely magnificent sea view! The place is quiet, relaxing and very well located, perfect for recharging. Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.
