The apartment is very lovingly beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and offers plenty of space. Karen responds very quickly and helped us in every way - thank you for the great hospitality and flexibility when checking in. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even nicer live than the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog loved it there. However, it is not completely fenced, currently there are two places where dogs can go out, you should know that. We would/will be very happy to come again and again!

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

A great weekend at Lake Tegernsee. The apartment is great and you can get to everything quickly from there.

I was allowed to spend a week in this beautiful accommodation on Lake Tegernsee. Sebastian has been an excellent host. In addition to the normal information about the accommodation, he also gave me further tips regarding activities and dining options on site. The accommodation was nice and clean and I felt right at home. The equipment is well-maintained and of high quality. Even without a car, it is centrally located, shopping facilities are nearby and the lake is also within a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend this accommodation. 😁❤️👍

We were there 3 nights. It is a beautiful penthouse in a very quiet area. You can walk to the bakery or supermarket in a few minutes. Andrea and Robert are very helpful tips and are very friendly hosts. Everything was better than expected and is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

The place was spotlessly perfect with all the facilities, the room and living room kitchen both had enough space, and it had everything we needed perfectly. The garden is also spacious and even has a small garden connected to the kitchen. Most importantly, the host responds quickly and cheerfully, and answers questions clearly.

A wonderful little getaway:-) We really enjoyed the getaway from the first moment. The key handover was completely hassle-free and the reception very warm. Since we were familiar with the region, we had no questions about this, but a map and information about possible activities were ready in the apartment. It was homely, quiet and clean. I would be happy to come back.

We were at the accommodation for a week to relax and it was worth it! It is a nice, small accommodation with everything you need (also very child-friendly!). Excellent furnishings (there are a lot of (board) games, especially for children), the kitchen has everything you need and it was generally very generous with a lot of attention to detail. The apartment was completely clean and it is perfectly and quietly located (3 min walk to the lake, but away from the noisy main street; the surroundings are simply beautiful anyway). Daniela had very good tips and was very quick and friendly in communication. All in all, a great accommodation, to which we would like to come back!

The stay at Valerie & Paul's was simply beautiful! You can see how much passion the two put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and the communication was flawless. The check in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also really liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafés. We would stay again anytime.

It was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable! We are both small, for tall people it could be a bit dangerous for the head, because of the sloping roof ;) especially when showering We will be happy to come back :-)

My friends and I felt very comfortable in the small extension. It is quiet and secluded and you are surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Lake Tegernsee or the small town and have many great activities. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. Uli is a reliable host and responds or informs quickly. We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann - especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to the really friendly host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and resolved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, I definitely want to come to this accommodation. It was a really pretty, comfortable, and cozy... It was a very, very nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
