The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

The estate is dedicated to the training of dressage horses and extends over 12 ha at the gates of the city of Saumur and a stone's throw from the Cadre Noir and the Saumur golf course. Ideal for a rest in the heart of nature and so close to all amenities. The studios are fully equipped for two people and located facing south. Enjoy the terrace, but also the view of the oak grove in front of your accommodation.

The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Restauration aux caves de Marson délicieux restaurant troglodytique de fouées (à 1mn à pied) . Visite du Cadre noir à 5mn. A 10 mn de la Loire, de Saumur et de ses nombreux sites touristiques.
