L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Located in the heart of hiking trails in the Montagne Noire region of Occitanie. 45 minutes (35 km) from Carcassonne airport. Taxi from Lespinassière (english speaking). Only small dog allowed.

Ici, on ralentit, on respire, on marche, on lit au coin du feu… et on se réveille au son de la nature. Café du matin sur la terrasse sur pilotis, filet de lecture, randos au départ du gîte : entre Haut-Languedoc, Montagne Noire et Monts de Lacaune, pour se reconnecter à l’essentiel, en douceur.

Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Nice country studio

A 10-minute drive from the first shops, the accommodation is located in the countryside, close to walking and hiking trails. The place is quiet and peaceful. Adjacent and independent of our residential house, the studio is accessible by an external wooden staircase. It is equipped with a kitchenette for simple and quick cooking with microwave, electric oven, small stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and fridge. It's not big but functional.

Stéphanie's Apartment

Enjoy a spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Bastide. Ideally located, whatever your mode of transportation, this apartment is sure to please you! After strolling through the city center, via Place Carnot, you can continue your visit to the Medieval City, which is a 20-minute walk away. Linens and towels are provided free of charge, comfortable bedding in 180! Looking forward to welcoming you :)

Gîte in a 17th century farmhouse

Our cottage, designed for 8 people, welcomes you in the heart of the Montagne Noire, between Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, at the gates of the lakes. You enjoy the swimming pool, from Lola greenway PassaPaïs at 250m, central section of the Veloccitanie (bike route of 220km), from the GR/PR to the gates of the restored farm.

Cet hébergement de charme offre un accès facile au centre ville et est sur la voie verte pour les amateurs de vélo et de randonnée. Vous avez le gîte entier a vôtre disposition ainsi qu'un petit jardin. Possibilities de quelques randonées avec moi dans la montagne autour. Aussi je peut offrir un séjour linguistic d'anglais.
