Holiday rentals with beach access in Round Hill Village

Really beautiful view! Cute area with restaurants within a 10 min driving distance. A lot of cleaning instructions - washing dishes, taking out trash, washing linens and one of the beds had no pillow cases. Other than that, I would stay again

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was accurate, private, peaceful, and near virtually everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better solo, relaxing vacation!

The owner proactively communicates and is very friendly! The place seriously sleeps 4 adults, as there is a futon and convertible 8 foot couch in the living room! Lakefront Village is an amazing location! Will look to return to this unit and recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Brandon’s spot is in a great spot in the North Tahoe! Easy to get in and out and has everything you need for a getaway.

Great location - centrally located and minutes away from all restaurants/breweries and only 2 minute walk from lake.

My wife and visited for a friend's wedding. It was a peacful and restive place to stay with a great view. It is also close to some really nice hiking trails.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Beautiful cabin with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. Cabin is spacious, clean and feels like home. We loved the pool table and of course the large deck. Definitely recommended!

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Everything was clean and just as pictured! If you have a family, this place was perfect! Well stocked in every baby item you could possibly need! We also had a blast taking out the paddle boards to the lake everyday! The hot tub was clean and peaceful and the beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend! Definitely worth the price!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

Troy’s place was really great for a birthday ski weekend with my 7 friends, we had ample beds, a hot tub, and a really quick drive to heavenly resort in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

The house is extremely cosy, we felt right at home. The fireplace was ready to start when we arrived and we enjoyed a night of game board (which are numerous and of quality) in front of the warming fire. The decoration was very well done and the kitchen very well equipped. The bathrooms although on the smaller side were well furnished and the quality of the body wash products excellent. Roxie and Greg were very communicative and helped resolving an issue before we arrived. We would definitely come back, it's a perfect location for spending Christmas.

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. There were not a lot of occupants in the surrounding townhomes and it was very quiet. Pros for this property include a phenomenal location- restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the townhome community has a lot of pine trees and is nicely situated. We loved the location. Also, the bathrooms in this property were updated, very modern and very nice- spa like! It was great having 2 bathrooms. The space was comfortable and quite clean, there is pride of ownership evident. Host maintained information on local establishments that was helpful. On the con side, the unit is cozy, no separate dining area. It was perfect for us to have breakfast in the morning, and grab snacks during the day or make very simple dinner. As a family of 3, our needs were basic and this property worked great for us.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

My Mother and I just stayed here over Memorial Day. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Tahoe Vista is a gorgeous area and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Richard gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very quick to respond to my questions. We wished we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you Richard!

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Communication was thorough and check in easy. The house is very cozy and well stocked. Claudio even supplies things like laundry detergent and had a good amount of basic pantry supplies. The location is perfect for Sand Harbor and the East Shore trail with a grocery store very close by. We definitely plan on booking again in the future.
