Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

We had a great stay at Carisa’s place. The place was clean and looked better in person than the pictures. Carisa made sure to let us know she always available if we needed her fortunately we did not. Everything was self explanatory and the house was fully stocked. We will definitely stay at her place again! Thank you for the wonderful stay Carisa!

We had a fantastic family vacation here! The property was easy to find and conveniently located near a major highway, which made travel smooth even during the snow season. The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with all the basic necessities, making it easy to settle in and start relaxing right away. Everything matched the listing description perfectly, so there were no surprises. Its location away from the busier parts of South Lake Tahoe provided a quiet, peaceful setting—ideal for morning walks. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this place again!

From the moment I arrived, Todd was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for restful nights after long days of work and exploring. I also enjoyed the cozy living area, which was perfect for my family! We had a wonderful stay at Lake Tahoe! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close to nature, trails, and the lake, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Ryan's place was so close to many spots we wanted to visit in South lake Tahoe. Besides, this was one of the few listings without stairs - which was a huge plus in terms of accessibility for elders. Kitchen has all the necessary utilities which helped us have home made meals a couple times.
