Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Γαργαδόρου και 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης και την παραλία του Αλμυρού. Η οικία έχει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, 1 μπάνιο, το σαλόνι έχει 1 γωνιακό καναπέ & τζάκι, ιδανικό και για χειμερινούς μήνες. Η κουζίνα έχει όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη.
