Holiday rentals with a patio in Roussillon Regional County Municipality

Sandie was extremely helpful and kind. She walked to our car with us and helped carry our luggage back to the apartment. Sandie was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the area. Would definitely stay there again

Great rental! very clean, off street parking is a must when in Montreal...Kevin's place includes a parking space with easy access...Great coffee house/smoothie/juice bar in the building...close to great restaurants and parks...Wonderful neighborhood...as a adventure motorcycle traveler who spends a lot of time in ABB rentals, this place is awesome and very reasonable....

My wife and I stayed at Oluwaseyi’s place for our anniversary and we have no regrets. 1st of all, Oluwaseyi was very proactive in reaching out to us with clear instructions. He even personally greeted my wife and I when we arrived at his place, making sure we were okay. His place was exactly as advertised, clean and in a perfect location from many attractions and restaurants in downtown Montreal. We had everything we needed in is apartment and certainly wouldn’t hesitate in using his place again!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The sinks in the bedrooms were a very convenient touch!

Vanessa’s place was perfect for me. On a quiet street across from a little park. It is close to main streets for restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. I highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and surprisingly spacious living areas. Close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops in a vibrant neighbourhood. Close to metro. And yet quiet of an evening. Responsive host. Loved it.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and children friendly. Two great size bedrooms and a big bathroom. The house is right across from the water and down the street from a great park. The whole family (including 15 month old) loved our stay!

The house was immaculate! Beautiful backyard. GREAT LOCATION! Daniel was incredibly supportive and friendly. Daniel was also very responsive and provided us with great recommendations. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home and would definitely use again and highly recommend for future guests! FIVE STARS!

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

Rochena is very warm and considerate, responds quickly, the room is exactly the same as the pictures, clean and comfortable, and the details are thoughtful.Convenient location, quiet and safe surroundings, as cozy as home.I will choose this place again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to other guests!

Visiting from the US! Just what we needed! Went there and stayed for the Canadian Grand Prix f1 weekend. About a 45 minute drive to the metro station for the yellow line. It’s not perfect as far as some Airbnb's go that you pay $$$ for. It is however perfect for a place to relax, sleep, watch TV and have a quiet place to stay. It is close to stores and some restaurants. All within about 15 minutes or so. You can tell it’s lived in and it has its little flaws. Don’t let that deter you from staying here as it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. A great place to stay if you want to explore Montreal! The apartment was clean and spacious, and Chris, the host, was very friendly and responsive. I hope to stay there again the next time I’m in the city.

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! We absolutely loved this Airbnb!

I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time. Was a perfect amount of space, and had a lovely rooftop patio. Would definitely recommend!
