The house is a short walk to the beach and is a perfect retreat between sea and sky. The large windows allow you to admire the sea that extends to infinity and give the breathtaking spectacle of the fiery sunsets. Each room is designed to ensure tranquility: from the bed, kitchen or living room, you can hear the sound of the crashing waves on the shore and create a natural soundtrack that will accompany your every moment of relaxation. Accommodation in typical silano chalet style, surrounded by greenery in LORICA. We are adjacent to the Silavventura park, we are in a strategic position x vistare tt la Sila. The home consists of a private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen equipped with kitchenette with balcony,upstairs there is an open space consisting of 1 sofa bed with 📺55 "TV, TVsat, Wi-Fi. Mosquito screens included! 🦟towel kit, bed linen, bathroom courtesy kit, etc., welcome breakfast.

Peace of mind

Independent house built in stone and wood with a large livable garden, located in the mountains just 20 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 30 km from the Ionian coast. The house is 2 km from the town centre where all the essential amenities are present, 12 km away is the shopping centre "Due Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are only 20 km away. The place is suitable for hosting families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very spacious, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

stone house 200meters from the sea

80sqm house, built in traditional local stone. Located at 200meters from the beach, inside a big garden (29.000sqm property with other 7 houses). No luxury, but ideal for relax. If you like a place where you can forget your car, stay all time in swimming suit, walk to the beach, this may be the place for you. If you have friends, other houses could be rented in the same fenced area, to increase the number of guests.

A new spectacle of nature (The Suite)

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).

Our cosy space is located in a charming village of Orsomarso at the edge of the Pollino Nation Park. The village is a gateway to the valley of Argentina river is real gem of Calabria region. Orsomarso is a starting point for walks, hikes, trekking and mountain biking and a home to a lot of cute cats.
