A beautiful place, in the middle of the city and very quiet. Mia showed us a very good description of the free parking!!! and welcomed us there. She always answered questions. The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Jelena is an incredibly hospitable host. She takes the time to explain everything in detail - from the most beautiful places on the island to tips on what to do and where. You feel well taken care of immediately. Especially great: If anything is, you can reach them at any time. Absolute recommendation!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I stayed for a weekend, and we really didn’t want to leave. The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable, very beautiful taste, peaceful and I can easily see myself having a long-stay visit there. Breakfast in the balcony with garden view was one of my favourite things in the trip. The bed was really comfortable, and great blinds and sound isolation for a peaceful sleep. The location also was good: - Supermarket: 5 mins walk - Beach: 15 mins walk/4 mins by car - Old city: 25 mins walk - GREAT value for money restaurant: couple of minus walk. - Car parking: inside the house garden. As a cherry on top, Sandra was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. She welcomed us with a big smile and enthusiasm 😊 I would definitely recommend it for a very pleasant stay in Rovinj.

Helena was a great host. She was on time, friendly, accomodating and even helped carry our luggage from the parking spot to our home. Her home is on one of the oldest streets in Ravinj. It is right next door to a friendly market which was convenient. A restaurant is directly across the street and the customers were a bit loud (and smoked outside which sometimes penetrated the house) at times BUT when you closed the shutters and inside windows, you could hardly hear them. Alll things considered, we loved our stay and you will be hard-pressed to find a more charming spot in Old Town! Dobar dan!

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

We had a great time in Vrsar. The terrace was a dream! Also the area was great. We walked to the beach every day and also to many great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. We also quickly found a parking space that was within walking distance. Violeta's descriptions were great and helped us a lot.

This apartment was amazing! Really spacious (the photos don’t do it justice). We particularly enjoyed the large balcony, where we could sit in the evenings and enjoy a meal. All of the rooms were large and airy and the fact that you got sunlight in the morning on one side and in the evening on the other was a real plus. The area was great too. Nice and quiet, but with the beach and some bars in short walking distance. The main town is about 25 minutes easy walk away along the shoreline, but we also found a small “train” that took you there in 10 minutes. We also found a small wine and olive oil tasting farm about a 20 minute walk in the other direction, which we really loved. Parking was easy too and there’s loads of things in the local area to drive to, see, and do.

Clean and spacious accommodation. A double bed and a sofa that can become a single bed. Free parking is available in front of the residence. Downtown Rovinj is within walking distance but it takes easily between 30 and 45 minutes. Ante welcomed us and the checkout was autonomous.

We had a great stay for two nights and three days. We took advantage of the bikes and rode all over. The building itself is not the greatest but the apartment is very nice. I read from another guest about the shower not having a holder; I figured a way to remedy it using a hanger. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Rovinj!

Great stay at Barbara & Bosko's apartment in Rovinj. The apartment was spacious, modern and fully furnished, making us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and worked properly. What made this stay extra special was BaBo's hospitality. When there was something, they were immediately ready to help or responded quickly and kindly via the mobile. This gave us a reassuring feeling during our stay. A big plus was that we could prepare our own hot meals, with salt and herbs already present, so we did not have to buy them. The location was ideal: just a 7-minute walk from the bustling center and just as far from the shopping mall with a large Kaufland supermarket. Moreover, the apartment had its own parking space, which offered enormous added value. We are extremely satisfied with this apartment and highly recommend it. The excellent price-quality ratio undoubtedly deserves a 9+. Johan & Yvonne

The accommodation had a great location right by the sea Boris was always easy to reach and understanding The check-in was simple and quick The design/equipment is perfect for a holiday by the sea.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. Thanks for everything!

This is one of the most simply beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, helped by Rovinj being one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. Cindy's place is adorable and elevated, has literally everything you need, and she is an exceptionally responsive host. You're in a great location in old town - everything walkable in minutes. I loved all the details.

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
