We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Staying in this place was beautiful... beautiful house,very clean and quiet with green space that surrounds the house...possibility to park inside the property and very welcoming host. I recommend it to those who are in the area to stay with Sandro and Antonio...we had a great time and if we come back from here we will definitely come back to them.

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Perfect for 2 person. In the heart of the city.

After a lovely week and a bit road tripping across Croatia, Ingrid's place was the perfect spot for our fifth and final stop in Rovinj. The apartment is a two-minute walk to the sea, where you can either head left to the town centre or right to the beach and a couple of bars. We did a bit of cooking while we were there too, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed. All in all, a lovely apartment in a lovely part of Croatia.

Beautiful and relaxing place with a charming garden full of greenery – it made the whole stay feel even more peaceful. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

An apartment surrounded by olive and fig trees, the idyllic beach within walking distance, the picturesque Rovinj a few minutes away by car. A little paradise. We, my son, our dog and I felt very comfortable here. We were allowed to taste the good olive oil and have breakfast and dinner on the terrace.

Well located, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Checkin was easy. There is indeed a smell in the bathroom as mentioned in the previous comments but it wasn’t too annoying for us. The little balcony is enjoyable at the end of the day

Sasha is a very responsive, friendly host. His instructions were precise, allowed us to check in a few hours earlier. He responded to our requests very quickly. The apartment is decent sized, very comfortable for a small family. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and the private parking definitely makes it comfortable. Definitely worth the stay.

Ivan met us at check in. The place was even more beautiful than described. Close to everything we needed. The balcony view was incredible (Euphemia at night was a highlight). We had an excellent time. Ivan recommended a local restaurant that we had a really tasty dinner at (away from the bustle). If you are renting a car - there is parking. But remember - spots are much smaller than America :) 10/10 highly recommend. My favorite place to stay on our Istria adventure.
