We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

Smaranda was outside when we arrived, she greeted us and since it was around dinner time she offered some recommendations for dinner. It had been quite windy that day so the pool and hot tub had some leaves and debris in them. She was very apologetic (obviously not her fault, we can't control Mother Nature) and was very attentive and worked hard to get both the pool and hot tub ready for us to use. She showed us how everything worked and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We used both the pool and hot tub after we got back to the space after dinner and they were both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. So lovely at this awesome house right on the lake. The view is amazing, the place was spotlessly clean, and Tom and Donna are gracious hosts. I highly recommend this Airbnb, this was our second stay and we will be back. Highlights were enjoying the hot tub, a lovely sunset cruise with Tom and Donna and of course, hearing the loons on the lake at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The space was even more spacious than it looked in the photos! The host was communicative and made check-in easy, and the home had all the essentials my friends and I needed for a smooth stay! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable place to stay!

Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

We loved Ellen's place from the minute we walked in. It was warm, welcoming and had everything that we needed for a week's stay. The house/apartment is set on a quiet street set in the woods but a very close drive to Concord where we spend most of our time sightseeing. Helen's is the best restaurant to try in town. Ellen and her husband Kevin were there to welcome us and answered any concerns we had about the place. Her place is very comfortable with a large living room to relax in, a kitchen to cook in and a very comfortable bed to sleep in. I give her place 10 stars and more and I recommend it to anyone who is staying in Concord. Thank you Ellen for the wonderful stay and we look forward to seeing you again

Kao’s home worked great for us. His garden is absolutely beautiful and the area is quite serene. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience at Johanna’s house. We had the whole first floor and it was everything we had hoped it to be. Accommodations were generous and available. The home is located right in Beverly Mass and also walkable to the water. We will be back.

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

A nice private cottage in a quiet community that was super handy for us to stay until we secured our house in New England. Everything is in place for comfortable living. We lived there for a month long and the hosts were always responsible.

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

This was such a a delightful place to stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and calm. We were greeted by turkeys, and a mother and newborn deer crossed our path as we left. The hosts, Susan and Mark, were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I would certainly come back in a heartbeat.

Good place to stay for Hampton Beach. Short walk to the water.

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.
