The property was incredibly clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the cozy living space, and the thoughtful amenities.

The Bellwood Cottage was comfortable and peaceful. The surroundings were beautiful and there was a large deck to sit out on and enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful sunsets. The pictures and listed amenities are what we found upon arrival. The property manager was very responsive. We had an enjoyable stay.

Glenn's place is the perfect peaceful mountain retreat! From the serene classical music that greeted us upon entry, the thoughtfully provided bottled water and fresh local milk in the fridge, and the comfortable air mattress Glenn set up for us downstairs, this cute cottage exceeded our expectations. The living area was spacious and nicely furnished, as were the upstairs bedrooms, with their extra pillows and quality linens. There is a pretty pond on the property, which is very conveniently located close to the towns of Roxbury, Arkville and Margaretville, where you can find some interesting shops and restaurants, arts centers, and charming architecture. Glenn is very friendly and responsive but gives you your space and privacy. We were only able to stay one night but will definitely be back!

Donald made sure that our experience in his cabin in Margaretville, The Porch, was delightful. We slept soundly on the comfy bed w/ high quality, clean linens. There is a comfortable living/dining room area w/ lots of fascinating modern art books. The kitchen has new, quality appliances, a powerful range hood. Donald brought us extra Keurig pods when we asked. He also has Moka espresso pots and an electric kettle for tea. The bathroom shower/tub had lots of hot water, excellent water pressure, and lots of lovely thick towels. The actual porch was large, cool, shaded, and had several comfy rocking chairs for relaxing. Donald is a charming host and he was very responsive to a few small requests. He showed us his other rental on the property before we left and it is gorgeous! We highly recommend staying at The Porch with Donald!
