We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

A lovely sunny and quiet three bedroomed house with Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden. Five minutes walk into the centre of Warwick and two minutes to the entrance of Warwick Castle. Two bedrooms with double beds , one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Parking for one car on the drive. This is my home therefore contains personal possessions. I provide space in wardrobes and drawers so no problems unpacking!
