Situado en un edificio del siglo XIX recién reformado, este exclusivo apartamento está disponible en su totalidad en la planta primera de un edificio histórico recién reformado en 2017 y decorado por una diseñadora de interiores. El edificio es del siglo XIX y se encuentra recién reformado, al igual que el apartamento, donde se puede disfrutar de todas la comodidades de una vivienda moderna. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, tres balcones y los ingredientes imprescindibles para una escapada inolvidable. El apartamento cuenta con ascensor, 2 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio cada una, 2 baños completos, uno de ellos ensuite, calefacción y aire acondicionado en salon y dormitorio principal y ventilador de techo en dormitorio secundario, salon con cocina integrada y sofa cama de 2 plazas. Consta de 2 habitaciones dobles con capacidad para 6 personas con el uso de un cómodo sofá-cama en el salón, y dos baños completos, uno de ellos en-suite. La cocina está totalmente equipada incluyendo lavavajillas. El precio incluye: acceso a internet, ropa de cama, gel/champú, toallas, limpieza final, aire acondicionado / calefacción. **Garantizamos la limpieza bajo protocolo anti-Covid.** La hora de entrada será a partir de las 15h, pero intentaremos adaptarnos a usted lo máximo posible. La hora de entrada al apartamento es de 15:00 a 21:00. Fuera de ese intervalo se aplica el siguiente recargo por “late check in” - 20€ hasta las 00:00, y 40€ a partir de las 00:00. La hora de salida es a las 11:00, salvo disponibilidad y previa consulta. Posibilidad de extender horario de salida (late check out) bajo demanda y disponibilidad. No están permitido fumar, las mascotas ni las fiestas. Se entregan dos copias de llaves, la pérdida supondrá 30 euros por cada juego de llaves no devuelto.

It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.
