DESCRIPTION The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and is distributed as follows: a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring designer furniture and appliances; Living room with gas fireplace and dining room with beautiful views, three bedrooms with a total capacity for 7 people, and 2 full bathrooms (with showers). The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a small sitting area, a reading nook, a home office area, a Smart TV, spacious wardrobes with luggage racks and hangers, and a full bathroom with shower and toiletries. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The third bedroom has bunk beds with three single beds, ideal for children but also suitable for adults (90 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, and spacious wardrobes with hangers. All rooms have heating, air conditioning, home automation, and high-speed internet. There is also a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
