The house is part of a 4-hectare estate, with elements of an old farm: garden, woodshed, henhouse, dovecote, two waterwheels, laundry, old fruit trees, etc. Ideal for relaxing, celebrating or enjoying stays with children, who can learn and participate in the tasks of caring for the animals and the farm. There are several walking routes nearby.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
