Fabulous all season house suitable for larger groups/multiple families. 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites and TV's. Another Queen bedroom and a bunk room share another bathroom. Sleeps 9 guests in absolute comfort. Large living area that flows to a huge deck with built in pizza oven and BBQ. Trout House has it all, views of Mt Pihanga, sun, airconditioning and a wood burning fire & heat pump for winter. Fully equipped new kitchen & laundry. Space for kids to run.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

The house offers an open plan living area flowing to a large mountain facing deck. Two bathrooms with a dedicated drying area, perfect for adventure filled weekends. Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Linen provided.

Our eco-friendly 3-bedroom house (built 2013) is nestled on 10 private acres of regenerating native bush just 7 minutes from Waimarino/National Park Village. Ideal for the Tongariro Crossing, skiing, mountain biking or bushwalking. Enjoy a cozy stay with a sunny deck, volcanic mountain views, log fire, solar power (with grid backup), and double-glazed windows. Relax in the wood-fired outdoor bath with complete privacy and views of the bush, deer and stars.

The Barn with hot tub @ Wood Pigeon Lodge

The Barn is a converted barn on four levels. The interiors are woody, rustic and warm with local historical artefacts decorating the walls. It is set in a peaceful, rural environment, nestled next to bush and looking out to grassy paddocks. Our wood-fired hot tub is available for your private use. Note you may have to heat this yourself, it takes about a couple of hours.

An ideal base for snow sports on Ruapehu; your choice of Tukino or Turoa, both a short drive away. We are at the southern gateway to the Rangipo Desert, Kaimanawa Forest Park, Tongariro National Park - and much else besides. Spectacular mountain views.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Totally refurbished cottage in rural Kakahi is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Fresh clean air with the pristine Whakapapa river down the road past the glow worms. Kakahi has a night sky to die for and a country charm that is now very hard to find.
