Monthly Rentals in Rubavu

My third time here, and another great stay! The location is phenomenal-- a private & tranquil refuge with plenty of space, right on the water, tucked away among a string of hotels/restaurants in easy walking distance. The interior feels a bit un-lived-in but is comfortable enough. Ezekiel the guard was kind and helpful. Only two notes: 1) The AirBnB-mapped location is way off; true location is just below Inzu, per the listing description. 2) No wifi when we were there, which would have been very nice to know beforehand. I loved the place : Shore of the lake

Me and my family (parents, wife and kids) stayed in this lovely house for three nights to attend the 2025 New Year Celebrations at Serena Hotel because Serena Hotel was fully booked. After staying there I don’t think I will ever stay in Serena Hotel again. From now on, every time I want to come to Gisenyi I will book Peggy’s place. It was in the Center of Gisenyi and was easily accessible. I loved the cleanliness and the very elegant furniture. Also three rooms with three bathrooms was excellent for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and even more. The Smart TV and the Canalbox made my kids feel happy. Her brother was Very helpful and made our stay a breeze. I really appreciate the hospitality. I even requested late checkout and she immediately accepted. Thank you for the memories.

Brigitte was incredibly helpful and flexible. A great host who opens her beautiful property up to guests. The place is great for slowing down and recharging and the view is unmatched. Will absolutely be back!
