This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, pomegranate and almond tree and another seating area. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking lot to the house about 150 m.
