The Tool Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living downstairs, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite. private patio area at rear.

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds.
