La maison est composée d'un rez de chaussée (entrée, mezzanine, salon, partie repas et cuisine) et d'un étage (chambre et salle de bains) entièrement équipés et proposant une connexion wifi gratuite. L'escalier métallique est central. La décoration est soignée. L'équipement est plutôt haut de gamme.

Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

nice apartment in the center of a small village. it is 5 minutes from Conlie where you will find all the shops and services, the World War II museum 15 minutes from Sillé-le-Guillaume where you can go around the lake, enjoy the beach (supervised), pedal boats, windsurfing, discover the Sillé forest by marked hiking trails etc.... 25 min from the center of Le Mans (24-hour circuit, museum...) very nice village to see and much more...

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
