A simple but comfortable apartment in a great location. Check in was really easy despite us not planning our arrival very well.

More than what I was hoping for! The place is so cozy and homey, I just loved it. The table in the room was amazingly large, THE perfect fit for some remote work! Do not miss the restaurant in front: Foodtopia. They are amazing! P.S.: doing the laundry was super convenient!

The boss is super nice!Very attentive.Keep in touch until check in. The room is very huge!Home environment, clean, fully equipped! Also, it is very, very close to Hualien Station, a maximum of 15 minutes walk. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Hualien, stay here! Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect except for last minute thrill: even 30mins before checking in, the host still refused to give us check-in instruction. And it's only given at about 10mins before check-in even though we stated clearly: WE ASKED FOR CHECK-IN INSTRUCTION, NOT EARLY CHECK-IN.

We had a great stay! Convenient location near the train station, coffee at the hostel, and a very friendly and accommodating staff!

The traditional house was spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. After struggling to find sleep in our previous accommodation, we were very grateful for the soft bedding and the quiet provided by the location. There were two bathrooms, which was ideal for us as a group of four, so no one had to wait in line. Comet and her sister are very lovely people and accommodating hosts. We’d like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you (and A-gǒu 🐶) for letting us stay at your beautiful house and for making it such a memoriable trip for us. It’s obvious that you put in a lot of love into that home. And thank you for the frozen buns you gave us ❤️ That was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, and they were very tasty! 🙏🏼🥰

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in Taiwan, Angel and all the other staffs were friendly and kind, we had a great time chatting and having a drink on the balcony, the breakfast was stunning too, highly recommended and appreciated

The entire house is clean and tidy with everything you need for equipment and bathroom items.The environment is clean and close to the train station, easy to park, and there are also breakfast shops and 711 nearby, which is very convenient.There was plenty of space in each room, the kitchen was supposed to be available, and Jenny would have been enthusiastically provided when the pots and pans were not enough. The chartered building and family were old during the year, Jenny was very helpful with questions and needs to help us with everything, thank you so much!

The accommodation is in the middle of the field, completely undisturbed, it is convenient to have a dishwasher, the room is clean and great, spotless, but the common area may need to be strengthened

Check in was hassle free and respond is fast. Most important the place is clean and my family enjoy their stay.

Very great place to live

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views and plenty of room to unwind. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. One big plus was having a washer and dryer in the unit—detergent provided—which was super convenient. The neighborhood wasn’t the most scenic, but it was easy and affordable to get around by cab, so it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall, a great value and a very comfortable place to stay.

Hosts are very proactive and instant responsive to messages.The accommodation is also easy to find, 900 meters walk from Hualien-mae station.The room is clean and the host also provides snacks and complimentary drinks.Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal is a little weak and I hope to have its own Wi-Fi in the room.

It was a great experience to host Kit the night before this swim ferry!!It's a warm family-style room, the bed is big and comfortable, Kit is a friendly host, and feels like a gentle and thoughtful girl, (you can talk to her about the cafe or Bar at night in Puli, Kit knows a lot: P), she also told me to be comfortable in the space, and I did feel comfortable with my physical ability to check out late😎 this time, Kit is also completely accommodating. And the thoughtful Kit knew I was going to brew something, and specially prepared a cup and a kettle full of drinking water, which really felt warm and attentive!Kit gives guests great freedom, the distance to get along is also very comfortable. Recommended for friends who come to Puli or have plans to go swimming trip to Sun Moon Lake, next time if you come to Puli you can come to Kit to live here!(There are also cute cats and Beaume!)
