Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

In winter and spring, you can access the well-maintained ski slopes and snowmobile trails of Ruka from the yard of the cottage.

The price includes 2 lift tickets in the winter season (value up to 490e for a week), a snow racer to the ski slopes (don't miss it) and a snow sled.

The apartment is located in the Ruka Center. The beautiful one-bedroom apartment is perfect for four people. When the Talvijärvi lift is open you can access the ski slope directly from the apartment. Otherwise, you can get easily to the slopes from the Ruka Center with the new Gondoli-lift. The distance to the Ruka Center and to the slopes and to cross-country ski trails is 100 m. The apartment has beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free WiFi. Welcome!

Atmospheric and stylish 45m2 +15m2 KeloparitalCottage in the Vujärvi area. The cottage is located in a quiet area of nature, yet close to all the services of the Ruka center. Trails and SkiBus are just around the corner, and the store is just over a kilometer away. The cottage has an open common space with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area. An open fireplace creates a vibe in this space.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage.
