Each apartment in Villa Aikkila has three bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sauna with its own large terrace. The large windows in the living room and kitchen offer views of the beautiful scenery. The apartments are stylishly and well-furnished, and the apartments have all the necessary equipment down to the smallest details. The apartments are approximately 80 square meters in size. There are 9 beds per apartment. A beach sauna, lean-to and traditional hut, as well as a campfire pit, are included in the price. Linens and cleaning are included in the price.

Villa Pihla

Villa Pihla is a well-equipped half of a twin cottage for 4 people in Ruka, 2 km from Rukakylä. Despite the proximity to Ruka, the location is quiet and offers the guest beautiful forest and mountain scenery. The main skiing, mountain biking and snowmobiling trails start 200m walking distance from the cottage. The rental price does not include final cleaning. As an additional service, you can buy linen and towels for 30 euros/person and final cleaning for 100 euros. The cottage is not suitable for people with animal allergies. Welcome!

Rukanseutu C2 Keloparitalo in Ruka

In addition to the half 64.5 sqm of Kelopar house, a spacious loft of about 20 square meters, which makes the cottage size remarkably more spacious (see photos). The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

The price includes 2 lift tickets in the winter season (value up to 575e for a week), a snow racer to the ski slopes (don't miss it) and a snow sled.

Viihtyisä kelohirsi paritalo lähellä Rukan keskusta. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet (tiskikone, induktioliesi, uuni , mikro) sekä kattavat astiastot. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Latu lähellä vain 450 m, pieni kävelymatka ja olet ladulla. Vuosselin lasketturinteille myös lyhyt matka. Lähellä on myös moottorikelkkavuokraamo. Kesäisin mahdollista uida lähistöllä olevassa järvessä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet pyydettäessä, erillishinnalla 23 eur/henkilö.
